have joined together to provide a unique and innovative way to serve their members. Members of participating credit unions may access their accounts at any of the CU Service Centers or outlets. These participating offices provide many of the services you use at NM Energy Federal Credit Union.

  • Balance Inquiries on all Accounts
  • Statement Print on All Accounts
    (last 10 Transactions)
  • Purchase Cashier's and Certified Checks **

SmartLine, New Mexico Energy Federal Credit Union's audio response system, provides you with account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On SmartLine, you can do all of the following

  • Verify deposits (electronic or through the mail)
  • Balance information (savings, checking, loans)
  • Dividends paid on accounts
  • Inquire on share drafts that have cleared
  • Transfer money (savings to checking) (checking to savings) (savings to savings)
  • Inquire on withdrawals and pre-authorized payments
  • Get an advance on your EZ-LOC loan
  • Make a loan payment (from savings to checking)
  • Request a check to be mailed to you from your account
  • Get our current dividend rates

SmartLine has all your credit union statement information any time of the month you want.

All you need to access SmartLine is a touch-tone telephone, your member number, a personal access code, and a list of the service codes. Your member number is your four digit account number with a zero added on the end. You are automatically signed up for SmartLine when you join New Mexico Energy Federal Credit Union. You will receive your Personal Access Code from a credit union teller or you may call the credit union.

Reordering Checks? We can make the process extra-easy for you. Simply click below to re-order your checks or call 1-800-355-8123, (En Espanol 1-800-275-3065). Charges for checks will depend upon the style and number of boxes you order. Your checking/share draft account will be automatically charged upon the processing of your order. Under normal circumstances it will take 10 days to receive your new checks, unless you specify one of the special mailing options on your order.
