SMART Line (Service Member Audio Response by Telephone)

SMART Line, ALO Employees Federal Credit Union's audio response system, provides you with account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On SMART Line, you can do all of the following

  • Verify deposits (electronic or through the mail)

  • Balance information (savings, checking, loans)

  • Dividends paid on accounts

  • Inquire on share drafts that have cleared

  • Transfer money
    (savings to checking) (checking to savings) (savings to savings)

  • Inquire on withdrawals and pre-authorized payments

  • Get an advance on your EZ-LOC loan

  • Make a loan payment (from savings to checking)

  • Request a check to be mailed to you from your account

  • Get our current dividend rates.

SMART Line has all your credit union statement information any time of the month you want.

All you need to access SMART Line is a touch-tone telephone, your member number, a personal access code, and a list of the service codes. Your member number is your four digit account number with a zero added on the end. You are automatically signed up for SMART Line when you join ALO Employees Federal Credit Union. You will receive your Personal Access Code from a credit union teller or you may call the credit union.

When asked for your number, enter your four digit account number with a zero added and then press the # key.

Pressing the # key will tell SMART Line you have finished your entry and are ready for the next step.

SMART Line is Member Number/Account Number sensitive. Remember member number refers to your four digit number with a zero added on the end. Account number are, 01 (Share Account) 02 (Share Draft Account), 04, etc. Always press the # key after each entry.

Dollar amounts are entered with dollar and cents with no commas or period. $50.00 would be entered as 5000#.

Always enter service code 99# to end your session with SMART Line.
